Salary calibrated to experience

Hybrid · no 12-hour shifts

15–20+ years of hospital nursing, ICU strongly preferred
Lead clinical care plans & supervise caregivers
Coordinate with physicians, families, & insurance
Direct mentorship from Andrew Harris, RN
Real schedule control · no mandatory weekend rotations
