Owner-operated since 2017. Our office is in the Galleria. Our team lives across Houston. The agency is run from this city for the families who built it.

Houston Gerontological Society
We participate in the HGS, connecting families to the specialists, attorneys, and clinicians who serve older Houstonians.
Discharge planning rounds
Care Managers attend regular discharge planning rounds at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, and MD Anderson. Same-day placement comes from being present.
Alzheimer's Association, Houston Chapter
We support the Houston chapter's caregiver education programs and refer families to their support groups.
Pro bono case work
We accept a limited number of pro bono engagements each year for families who do not qualify for VA or Medicaid and cannot self-fund. We do not advertise this.
Continuing education
Our nursing team funds and attends Texas Nurses Association continuing education each year. The clinical edge must be kept sharp.

The owners' cell numbers go out with every care plan. That promise only works because we live in the city we serve. Andrew was raised in Houston. Serhat's family is here. Our care managers are here. When a family calls at 11 p.m. on a Sunday, they reach a Houstonian.
The result is not just a service. It is a relationship with the city, and with the institutions, clinicians, attorneys, and families who make Houston elder care work.

Why we invest in Houston’s aging-care community
Home care is a solitary profession. A caregiver spends most of their day one-on-one with a client, and a family caregiver often carries the entire load of a parent’s care with almost no one else in the room. The professionals who serve those situations — care managers, hospital discharge planners, geriatric social workers, dementia support group facilitators, elder-law attorneys, LTCI claims specialists — form a small, tight community in Houston. Our team shows up at their meetings, sponsors their events, contributes to their curricula, and treats the community as something we are part of rather than something we market to. That participation is why so many of our new clients arrive through referral rather than search.
Andrew Harris, RN, and the Care Manager team are members of the Houston Area Continuity of Care (HACOC) network — the local group that coordinates hospital-to-home transitions across the Texas Medical Center and community hospitals. We contribute case studies to the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), speak at the Houston Gerontological Society, and sponsor caregiver-support meetings hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter and the Parkinson’s Foundation Texas Chapter. When Houston Methodist or Memorial Hermann discharge planners run a family-education evening, our Care Managers are often in the room. This is not a marketing budget line — it is what allows us to know the actual people making the actual decisions when a Houston family is trying to move a parent home from a hospital bed.
We also sponsor family-focused public education. The 12-question "Is it time" checklist, the annual State of Home Care in Houston report, the plain-English guides on LTCI activation and VA benefits, the video walk-throughs on sundowning and fall prevention — all of it is free, ungated, and written for Houston families whether they ever call us or not. If a guide is genuinely useful in your situation but you never call us, the guide has done its job. That standard is how we want to be judged by the community whose long-term trust we are trying to earn.
